Turning influencer ideas into consumer products

Sigma Beauty partnered with influential brand ambassadors to create custom products inspired by their individual aesthetics and favorite Sigma formulas. The opportunity was to give each collaborator a meaningful creative voice while maintaining the quality and brand standards expected of Sigma Beauty.

I worked directly with influencer partners to translate their ideas into viable product and packaging concepts, balancing their creative vision with Sigma's brand, product requirements, and manufacturing constraints.

My role spanned concept development, product and packaging design, production artwork, sampling, and supplier management. I guided each collaboration from initial concept through final production, working through the details required to turn a highly personal creative idea into a finished consumer product.

The result was a series of distinctive, limited-edition collaborations that gave Sigma's brand ambassadors a direct role in creating products for their audiences while expanding the brand's product and community experience.
